The survey instrument used to measure servant leadership of leaders as received by the U.S. Navy personnel was the Servant Leadership Measure. The Job Description Index (JDI) was used to measure the level of job satisfaction of the U.S. Navy personnel. In this quantitative, correlational research study, 148 participants completed an online survey comprising the Servant Leadership Measure and Job Descriptive Index.
